  • Water is supplied from rainwater collection — conservation is appreciated. Exterior cameras monitor the entry for safety.

  • Absolutely no parties

  • The BBQ is available for use but is the responsibility of the user to clean - if this is not cleaned a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

  • Due to the remoe location security cameras on the exterior of the home provide a recording of people coming and going.

The house steps up the site and features 3 guest bedrooms, the main bedroom with expansive ocean views through full length glass bifolding doors.


A stunning courtyard entertainment area provides shelter from prevailing winds while retaining its spectacular views through the house to the sea. A bunk room nestled at the rear of the house provides a retreat for the kids accomodating 5 people with double bunk bed and 3 singles.

Designed by Craig Burt, Director of Parsonson Architects the home is nestled back into the hill, creating a sense of shelter and calm, while the main bedroom sits higher among the treetops, offering a unique connection to the surrounding bush. Wake to birdsong and filtered morning light, with panoramic shimmering views of the bay.

The living spaces fully open toward expansive views across the bay and the islands beyond and out to the flat lawn and bush—an ever-changing backdrop of sea, sky, bush and light. Erasing the boundary between home and nature. Whether you’re enjoying a slow coffee on the deck, entertaining as the sun sets, or simply unwinding indoors, the outlook is always front and centre.
